With over 10 years of experience in the international construction industry, Heather holds expertise across all areas of quantity surveying.

A dynamic Executive Quantity Surveyor, Heather utilises her comprehensive technical knowledge to navigate complex developments through best practice approaches. Heather’s areas of specialisations include cost planning and estimating, tender reviews, construction settlements, feasibility studies, and expert witness. 

With advanced proficiencies across traditional and contemporary cost management services, Heather drives the success of MBM’s public and private developments including aged care, childcare, state and private education, workplace fitouts, and infrastructure sectors. Heather strives to implement forward-thinking and modern quantity surveying practices for enhanced project outcomes. Her notable projects include Fire and Rescue NSW, Parkes Fire Station, Nepean Hospital and Generate Property Group, Shell House.  

Heather graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering Construction Management prior to completing two masters degrees in Property and Development, and Construction Project Management from the University of New South Wales (UNSW).
